Features

  Camera lens: a high-sensitivity cooled CCD camera matching a large aperture lens can capture weak luminous signals.

  The UV transilluminator: 302nm UV tubes and shadowless design remove the interference of the shadow, provide a clean background when imaging and cutting gel, and equip professional gel cutting protection device.

▶  The blue light transilluminator: ultra-thin LED blue light transilluminator with 470nm LED cold light source and touch adjustable light intensity and toughened glass surface resistant to corrosion and scratch uses for DNA/RNA gel blue light detection

  The white light transilluminator: ultra-thin LED white light transilluminator with LED cold light source and touch adjustable light intensity and toughened glass surface resistant to corrosion and scratch uses for Coomassie brilliant blue -stained and silver-stained protein gels.

Software:

 

ChemiScope image capture and analysis software integrates camera automatic control, image acquisition, light source control, and lens adjustment. It has a modular design and a friendly and succinct interface.
The software includes ChemiScope image capture software and ChemiScope image analysis software, both of which are independently designed and developed by Clinx Science Instrument Co., Ltd., and Clinx Science Instrument Co., Ltd. obtained the software intellectual property rights.

ChemiScope Image Capture Software

  The software provides a user management system with multi-level user rights, which is convenient for instrument use and management;

  Expose accurately, one touch and shoot, and save automatically;

 Accumulate images (1~99 frames) automatically and continuously and capture images in time series

 Take a Marker image and superimpose it with the chemiluminescence image;

  High resolution and high sensitivity are optional;

   Optimize the image, such as image rotation, cropping, invert color, etc.

   Save images, user information, shooting information, etc. as PDF format

‣  Batch export images in TIFF, JPG and other formats

ChemiScope Image Analysis Software

  Automatically identify electrophoretic bands, and add, delete and adjust bands;

  Automatically calculate the optical density integral value and display peak graph of each band, which is convenient to calculate the molecular weight of each strip;

‣  Calculate the optical density of the designated area, which is suitable for protein quantitative analysis;

‣  Automatically remove the background mode to get accurate and optimized image analysis data;

‣  The analysis result can export the designed area to Excel File

Audit trail function

  The software can provide users with hierarchical management and image information tracking system. Accounts with different permissions can be set according to users of different roles. Users can log in through the account passwords to facilitate the use and management of the instruments. The software has the functions of electronic signature and the image operation record and tracking in the process of image acquisition and analysis. It can output the PDF report with account information, image original information and electronic signature.
