This marker consists of 10 double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 200 bp to 2 kb in multiples of 200 bp, plus additional 2.5 kb, 3 kb, and 4 kb fragments. The 1 kb and 2 kb fragments are brighter than the other fragments and serve as a visible reference indicators; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel. Since this product is premixed with loading dyes and glycerol, it is possible to use this product directly in agarose gel electrophoresis.
